Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a curtain on 26th of March and it's still nowhere to be seen. Initially I was told that the curtain was dispatched on the 16th of April, however it was never delivered to me (delivered to Nottingham UK, while I'm in Dublin??). After I complained I was told that they will "remake my order as a priority". When I called few days ago I was told that it's due to be dispatched on 18th of June, which is 4 weeks away and it means that "as a priority" curtain would take twice longer than the first curtain. While I've very patient and I realise that the first curtain been lost is a fault of the delivery company, I do expect that the replacement will be actually processed much faster and that "as a priority" would not be just empty promises.
Update: almost two weeks since posting the review, still no replacement curtain. After a review got a call from them "apologising for my experience" and promising me a delivery in a few days, days pass and still nothing. Already called them twice only to be told new dates and promises. Last promise I got is that it will definitely be delivered in 2 weeks time!! Worst company I ever dealt with.

Avoid this company. I ordered 3venetian blinds, 2roller blinds and 1 vertical blinds on January 9, 2021. I thought everything is good as after a week I got tracking information for all the blinds and its thru UPS which is reputable delivery service. I got 2 blinds after another week but the rest of my order I have to chase them thru email, chat and phonecalls. They keep telling me it will be delivered within next 14days but they are all lies. I had to keep contacting them just to send the rest of my orders. Despite my efforts in communicating with them, until now April 13, one of my roller blinds is still outstanding. I have no clue whether I will still get it or not. Their customer service is an absolute joke. It's over 3months and they havent fulfilled all my orders. DON'T BUY FROM BLINDS TO GO, you'll regret it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I ORDERED 5 SETS OF FAUX WOOD BLINDS ON THE 25TH APRIL AND HAVE BEEN TOLD TODAY THAT MY ORDERED IS 'ESTIMATED' TO BE DELIVERED WEEK COMMENCING 5TH JULY AFTER BEING ALREADY DELAYED 3 TIMES! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR BLINDS!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I purchased 4 x dim out blinds for my conservatory. One was damaged in transit and Blinds 2 go immediately set out to replace it. All 4 blinds are now looking fab in the room.

NIce end result but not without issues...

We have bought conventional roller blinds and venetian blinds from this firm before and been very happy with both product and service.
This time however, we have had issues with our Roman blind order (three blinds with the separate moving screen capability).
The wait time was about double our previous experiences - presumably to be blamed on COVID but who knows. Just less than a month this time.
However, they arrived yesterday, all present and correct.
Fitting proved to be MUCH more difficult than for previous roller and venetian blinds. The bracket system is very poorly designed and I had to grind the blots down a little to allow a flush fit to the recess. The video shows the spring tab to the rear which to my mind is WRONG as it makes fitting much harder and subsequent removal almost impossible (when decorating etc). I reversed the arrangement and all good. Additionally in doing so it allowed much easier access to the upper fitting screws. With me so far? I guess not... As I said at the outset a challenging DIY fitting in my opinion and I rate myself as pretty good and such jobs with a workshop etc.
They now look great now they are up and in place though!!!

Communication alone is my reasoning for 1 star. For such an expensive order I have been told despite the order been set to 'Item Manufactured' it will take a further 18 days before it is dispatched.
I highly suspect it hasn't been manufactured at all, disappointing.
If the blinds ever do arrive I may consider adjusting the review.

Love the blinds

Love the blinds, delivery was on time, however, I phoned to inform you over 3 weeks ago that you had forgotten to supply me with wall plugs and screws. You did say you would send them out immediately but they are yet to arrive.
